Our Team
Moran earned a B.A in business and accounting from the College of Management Academic Studies. She is a Certified Public Accountant in Israel since 2008. In 2005, she joined Grant Thornton Advisory Israel, where she was a senior advisor in due diligence investigations for 8 years.
In 2013, Moran joined Avni Advisory Services. Moran is managing complex cases of forensic accounting, overseeing the consulting department’s team, and engaging in hundreds of forensic investigations.
Moran Finkelstein
Rita has over 20 years of experience in forensic auditing in Israel and abroad. She serve as an external director in several public companies, and a frequent speaker at industry conferences.
Rita earned a BSc in accounting from the University of Kean, US. She is a Chartered Public Accountant since 2003, when she joined HMK Associates as a public accountant. In 2005, Rita joined Grant Thornton Advisory Israel, where she was a senior advisor for 8 years.
In 2013, Rita founded her own boutique firm. Rita’s mission is to provide extensive and credible consulting services, relying on her education, qualifications and professional experience. Rita is responsible for outlining the firm’s strategy, as well as managing its day-to-day operations.

Moran is the consulting department manager of Avni Advisory Services.
